The Pixel of Software Team is the collective practitioner identity for content authored by multiple senior contributors at Pixel of Software. We use this byline when:
- Content reflects pooled experience across multiple engagements rather than a single author’s perspective.
- A specific team member preferred not to be individually attributed (a common preference for content drawing on confidential client engagements).
- The publication is the result of editorial collaboration between 2+ senior contributors.
Where individual attribution is appropriate — and where the author has consented to public attribution — we publish under the individual contributor’s name with their full bio and external profiles.
What our team brings#
Across our senior practitioners, the team’s collective expertise includes:
- 30+ DORA programs delivered in 5–50 person SMB engineering teams across SaaS, fintech, healthtech, B2B, and AI/ML platforms.
- 40+ engineering managers coached through our 6-month coaching pods.
- 15+ Polish competence center engagements for international clients across the EU, UK and North America.
- AI workflow implementations ranging from production RAG systems to agentic workflows, with documented evaluation harnesses and governance posture.
How to contact our team#
For engagements: Schedule a 30-minute consultation. For pro bono enquiries (Polish organizations only): Pro Bono dla Polskiego Biznesu. For media or speaking: the same contact form — partner-level response within 2 business days.
Our public engineering posture#
The team publishes its own DORA metrics live at /our-dora/ — same instrumentation we install for clients. We host monthly Office Hours with named external speakers. We publish case studies with written client consent, including the cases where things didn’t go as planned.
This posture is deliberate: we don’t ask clients to be transparent about their engineering performance while we remain opaque about ours.
